Desk-Ready Starter is a mid-range welcome box for companies that onboard in waves, whether that is a January start class or a September cohort. The canvas tote holds everything on day one and later works as a commute or lunch bag, while an adult quick-dry tee gives the new group something to wear at orientation or the first all-hands. A bamboo-lid 20 oz vacuum bottle, an aluminum stylus ballpoint and an A5 kraft notebook cover the working basics for week one. A full-color die-cut sticker is made for laptop lids, and the printed welcome card is the place for a note from the manager, the Wi-Fi details or a first-week schedule. Set a kit on each desk before the new hire walks in.
