Orders and Pricing

• Published per-unit merchandise prices are binding at the listed quantity tiers.
• Decoration or imprint, applicable setup, rush-production, and shipping charges are confirmed in your written quote.
• Minimum order quantities vary by product. The product's stated minimum is confirmed in your written quote.
• We provide a proof for your approval before production. Production begins only after you approve it.
• Rush production may be available on select items. Availability, lead time, and any expedite fee are confirmed per order in your written quote.

Payment Terms

• We accept credit or debit card payment through a Stripe invoice, bank transfer or ACH, wire transfer with no minimum, check, and purchase orders.
• Payment instructions are provided on the invoice.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

• You must own or have rights to all artwork submitted
• We are not responsible for copyright infringement
• We reserve the right to refuse artwork that violates rights or is inappropriate
• Digital proofs must be approved before production

Returns

• Custom or logo-decorated products are eligible for return only for defects that are our fault.
• Blank items are not returnable unless there is a quality issue.
• If an error is ours, we remake it at no charge.
• Refund processing for an approved return takes 5–7 business days.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
