When the guest list for a webinar or virtual conference runs long, Lightweight Mailer keeps the send simple. A baseball cap is the main piece, with your logo or event name on the front, and a full-color die-cut sticker and a silicone phone wallet are small extras that add almost no bulk. The printed card thanks attendees for joining and can point them to session recordings, a short survey or the date of the next event. Because the four items are compact, they pack into a small box or padded mailer, which keeps postage modest. It also works as a thank-you for panelists and moderators, or as a follow-up for people who registered but could not attend live.
