Move More is the starter kit for a corporate wellness challenge in the first or third quarter, run by a fitness studio, a benefits team or a wellness vendor. A pedometer lets each participant count daily steps, and an A5 kraft notebook becomes the habit log for steps, water and workouts. A jump rope and an EVA foam yoga block add variety on days when a walk is not practical, while a 20 oz sports water bottle and a cooling towel in its case come along on lunchtime walks in warm weather. Hand kits out at the kickoff meeting, print the challenge name and dates on the notebook cover, and add team names to the bottles to spark friendly competition between departments.
