The Retention Kit is meant for the weeks after sign-up rather than day one, when a new member's routine is still forming and a gift gives them another reason to show up. A canvas tote carries a 20 oz vacuum bottle with a bamboo lid, a microfiber sport towel and a cooling towel in its case for harder classes. An A5 kraft notebook works as a workout journal for lifts, runs or goals, a retractable badge reel with lanyard holds a membership card, and moisturizing lip balm is a small extra. Hand it over at the member's first progress check or a milestone class with a note from the coach, and engrave the studio logo on the bottle.
Given in the first weeks after sign-up, with a bottle, towels and a workout journal to support the new routine.
