Coffee-Pass Loyalty is a paper-and-stamp rewards program for independent coffee shops that would rather not ask customers to download an app. Each regular gets a stamp card, or a scratcher card for occasional surprise rewards, and earns a stamp with every drink. A full-color die-cut sticker is a friendly welcome with the first card, and the neoprene cup sleeve with handle works as a natural reward partway through, since it goes right back on the next to-go drink. Keep the card design clean: the shop logo, the reward and a line for the customer's name so lost cards can be returned. It suits cafés, bakeries, juice bars and campus coffee carts.
