Friends / Volunteer
Mid · $12–15 · Staff & Friends-of-the-Library appreciation
Friends of the Library groups and library volunteers run the book sales, shelve returns, tutor adult learners and staff the welcome table at events, and this kit gives them something to wear on the job plus a way to mark their service. A cotton canvas apron is made for book-sale days behind the cash box, and a lanyard with badge holder identifies volunteers to patrons. A custom enamel lapel pin recognizes years of service, and a canvas tote bag serves their own library visits and the book-sale finds they take home. Present the kit at the annual Friends meeting or a volunteer luncheon, and print the group's name and founding year on the apron so it feels like a team uniform.
Apron for book-sale days; pin for years of service.
