Gold is reserved for customers at the top of your loyalty program, the members who shop with you all year. The centerpiece is a full-color front-pocket hoodie with a members-only design that is never sold in store, so wearing it signals status. The 20 oz bamboo-lid vacuum bottle adds an everyday piece, and a custom enamel lapel pin marks the tier and can be redesigned each year as a collectible. Deliver the set in person at a VIP evening or a private shopping event, or ship it with a handwritten card from the owner or store manager. When the program resets in January, a new pin design gives returning Gold members something fresh to earn.
