Numbered Drop is for a seasonal release or a collaboration with another brand, artist or local business, produced in a small run and treated as marketing rather than a revenue line. Print a sequence number on each adult quick-dry tee, near the hem or on the back below the design, so every piece is one of a set. A mesh trucker hat carries the collab logo, and a die-cut sticker goes into every order or bag. Announce the drop date in advance, sell or give the set only during that window, and do not reprint once it is gone. Pop-up and market season, from May to October, is a good time to launch it in person.
Treat drops as marketing not revenue; numbered tee, dad hat, sticker/patch set.
