The Standard Insert Set is the flat, low-cost trio that goes into every direct-to-consumer order, so the unboxing feels personal even when orders ship from a warehouse. A printed greeting card says thank you, tells the brand story or explains care instructions, and a full-color die-cut sticker gives customers something to put on a laptop or water bottle. The stamp loyalty or scratcher card can hide a unique discount code for the next order. If your fulfillment setup allows it, add a return label or return instructions to the same insert. Refresh the card copy for holiday packaging from October through December and for Black Friday and Cyber Monday orders in November.
