Heat resistant up to 500 F, safe for use with hot foods and around the cook top and dishwasher safe. The whole spatula is seamless design. The handle is nice and firm to hold. These utensils will hold up to the demanding use of home cooks and professional chefs. There is a hanging loop on each end of the spatulas for easy carriage and storage.
