Shipping

Shipping for custom promotional products is coordinated per order. Available carriers, transit times, and costs depend on the order contents, quantity, destination, and timeline. We don't publish fixed shipping SLAs because actual timing depends on production lead time and carrier availability at the time of shipment.

For domestic and international orders, shipping options are confirmed during quote and order review so that the expected delivery window is part of the written agreement before production starts.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
